Pharmacy Services
Information about the licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies that dispense medications for NativeMed patients and NativeMed’s role in the prescription fulfillment process.
Last updated: September 17, 2026
Our Role
NativeMed is not a pharmacy and does not compound, manufacture, or dispense prescription medications.
NativeMed facilitates access to independent licensed healthcare providers and, when medication is prescribed, coordinates prescription fulfillment through independent third-party pharmacies.
Prescription medications are prescribed only when a licensed healthcare provider determines that treatment is medically appropriate for an individual patient. Prescriptions are dispensed by the applicable pharmacy in accordance with applicable federal and state laws and pharmacy requirements.
By using NativeMed’s services, you understand that you may establish a separate relationship with the pharmacy that dispenses your prescription. NativeMed does not control or interfere with the independent professional judgment of healthcare providers or pharmacists or with a pharmacy’s dispensing practices.
Partner Pharmacies
NativeMed works with licensed U.S. pharmacy partners to support the dispensing and fulfillment of prescribed medications.
We communicate with our pharmacy partners regarding prescription fulfillment, medication availability, shipping updates, and available medication quality and testing information.
Depending on your prescription, location, availability, and other applicable requirements, your prescription may be fulfilled by one of the following pharmacy partners:
VialsRx
16402 FM 2920, Building D
Tomball, TX 77377
Phone: 346-781-8772
The pharmacy that dispenses your medication will be identified on your prescription label and/or accompanying pharmacy documentation.
Availability of a particular pharmacy, medication, formulation, or fulfillment option may vary based on the patient's state, prescription, pharmacy licensure, applicable laws and regulations, and other dispensing requirements.
Compounded Medication Disclosure
Certain medications available through NativeMed may be compounded medications.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not review compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are marketed.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved generic medications and should not be represented as FDA-approved substitutes or equivalents.
A licensed healthcare provider determines whether a compounded medication is appropriate for an individual patient based on the patient's specific circumstances. NativeMed does not manufacture, compound, or dispense medications.
Prescription & Dispensing
Completing an intake form, consultation, or medical assessment through NativeMed does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
All prescribing decisions are made by licensed healthcare providers based on their independent professional judgment.
When a prescription is issued and sent to a partner pharmacy, the dispensing pharmacy is independently responsible for preparing and dispensing the medication in accordance with applicable pharmacy requirements.
For compounded medications prepared under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, federal law generally requires compounding to be based on a valid prescription for an identified individual patient, subject to the conditions of Section 503A.
